This page outlines our refund and return policy. Please read carefully.

Return Eligibility and Process

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

To initiate a return request, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page. You will need the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • The pin code of your delivery address
  • Photos/videos of the items in their original condition

Important:

Products that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted for return. Items returned without a prior return request will also be refused.

Reverse Pick-Up

Free reverse pick-up is offered for returns due to:

  • Defective/damaged products
  • Incorrect products received

For returns due to other reasons, a reverse pick-up charge of Rs. 50/- will apply.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos or videos so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the desired item once the return is approved.
  • Exchange product will be delivered in 7 to 8 business days to your location.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 15–18 business days via your original payment method.

For Cash-On-Delivery orders, our team will contact you to obtain your bank account or UPI details for the refund. The refund will be credited within 15–18 business days.
